I trained in Spinal Energetics in March 2025 after a personal exploration into the wisdom of the body. Having spent the previous 10 years navigating multiple health issues for myself and my daughter I gained an understanding of the mind body connection and learnt many lessons about the power of intuition and standing in your own truth.

Like many others, the challenges of the pandemic prompted me to take a deep dive into the world of meditation and self-healing. After attending two Dr. Joe Dispenza retreats in 2023 my increasing understanding of the quantum field and the power of energy led me to attend a group Spinal Energetics session held by the founder (Dr. Sarah Jane Perri) and her teaching team. I was astounded by my body’s reaction to the modality and my own integration that followed. When the Australian team returned to London in 2025 I was lucky to be able to train.

My own physical, mental and spiritual challenges continue and as I work on improving myself I am excited to walk alongside others interested in unlocking the wisdom we all hold inside ourselves.
